The people in the community doing the right thing "think" that we have Rangers.

They are usually really nice and respectful.

They don't want to get the other person in trouble.

They try and reason and politely ask that the other dog be put on its leash.

 

The illegal off-leash dog walkers who have no respect for the boundaries of others

KNOW that we don't have Rangers.

They couldn't care less.

They know that there is zero chance that they will cop a fine.
